A nice review

The Seattle Times has published a review of my show. It was written by Matthew Kangas, the same guy who curated me in to the Bumberbienalle. Go figure.

Carolyn over at Dangerous Chunky is generous and gracious as always. She also has published a little slideshow of my opening.

Anaba gives me a little nice mention, too.

Through a Thicket at Gallery 110

This one is Grullo Nimbus, 22 x 18".

"Numna" a better picture.

This is "thicket" the piece on the card

From the front of the gallery, these two look like they are the same size. On the right, Numna, 22 x 18; on the left Pura Sangre it's 42 x 32

These work as a diptych

I think these two work well as a diptych. On the left, Bucephalus Field, on the right, Quantum Spur.

In the gallery window

These two are in the front window of the gallery . The yellow one "Heliotrope Trigger" fought me all the way, It was resolved with barely enough time to dry. Actually it still is not so dry..... The other one is Numna

installaton shot. From left to right: Fluent Pastern, Neapolitan Overo, Verdant Cannon, Grullo Nimbus and Pura Sangre.

This one is a little hard to see, but in person is really beautiful. It's called Quantum Spur, and is 11.5 x 14"

This one is 10 x 8 and one of my favorites. It is called Spring Neap.
